At Beatpass, we bring craftsmanship to the table, be it playing instruments and mixing audio tracks. These craft skills contribute to the individual touch and quality of the music.

Although AI and online tools are becoming increasingly important in music production and can automate certain repetitive tasks, the human element remains crucial to the creative and artistic side of music.

Once signed up, you can add production requests according to the chosen subscription plan. They will be sent one by one.

Quality is our top priority. For an average song production, we usually need 3 to 4 working days, pure production time. This requires your inputs on what you envision and how you want the song to sound. Send us two to three examples, plus a round of adjustments from you after the first drop. We do this until you are completely happy.

Beatpass is a one person agency. This means you'll work directly with me, founder of Beatpass.

Beatpass and its producers, use the latest production tools and music technologies. Your music productions consist of real people involvement. Not automated or AI prompts. Heck, we even play the instruments by ourselves in order to fulfill your needs.

We understand you may not have enough production work to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on 31-day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

Send us a pause request using the contact form and we will take care of everything. The same applies for stopping a pause period.

You can review the current status of your subscription at any time in the customer portal.

After you have chosen a plan, you send us a briefing via e-mail with 2-3 examples (online links) of how the song should sound. The more detailed, the better. If you can additionally name individual instruments and where they should be used in the song, even better.

Don’t worry. We will continue to refine the production until you're completely satisfied.

That's all right. When we finish a project, you can pause your subscription and return when you have more needs. There's no reason to throw away the rest of your subscription.

Due to our high quality and time intensive work, Beatpass does not grant refunds.
