Choose a pass and send us a briefing with 2-3 examples (online links) of how the song should sound. The more detailed, the better. If you can additionally name individual instruments and where they should be used in the song as well as sound pitches, awesome.

We'll take a look at everything and get back to you if we have questions. If all is clear, we will confirm the start of production for a first draft.

Once signed up, you can add production requests according to the chosen subscription plan. They will be sent one by one.

Quality is our top priority. For an average production, we usually need 3 to 4 working days, pure production time. This requires your inputs on what you envision and how you want the song to sound. Send us two to three examples, plus a round of adjustments from you after the first drop. We do this until you are happy.

Beatpass and its producers, use the latest production tools and music technologies. Your music productions consist of real people involvement. Not automated or AI prompts.

We understand you may not have enough production work to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That's where pausing your membership comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on 31-day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your membership. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

Send us a pause request using the contact form under contact and we will take care of everything. The same applies for stopping a pause period. Requests are processed and executed on the same calendar day.

You can review the current status of your membership at any time in the Customer portal.

We will continue to refine the production until you're completely satisfied.

That's all right. When we finish a project, you can pause your membership and return when you have more needs. There's no reason to throw away the rest of your membership.

Due to our high quality and time intensive work, Beatpass does not grant refunds.

AI utilizes information that already exists, i.e. music that has already been created. With AI, you will, sooner or later, inevitably run into copyright issues.

Creativity and range of expression are difficult to replicate by artificial intelligence. Humans incorporate emotions, experiences and personal expression into the productions for you, creating a unique artistic quality.

At Beatpass, we bring craftsmanship to the table, be it playing instruments and mixing audio tracks. These craft skills contribute to the individual touch and quality of the music.

Although AI and online tools are becoming increasingly important in music production and can automate certain repetitive tasks, the human element remains crucial to the creative and artistic side of music.
